Jay Shree Tea approves scheme of arrangement to demerge its sugar division

Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 04, 2015, inter alia, has approved the Scheme of Arrangement to demerge the Sugar Division of the Company situated at Bihar into Majhaulia Sugar Industries Private Limited and Jay Shree Beneficiary Trust Unit.

Jay Shree Tea & Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 04, 2015, inter alia, has approved the Scheme of Arrangement to demerge the Sugar Division of the Company situated atBihar into Majhaulia Sugar Industries Private Limited and Jay Shree Beneficiary Trust Unit, holding shares in the Company for the benefit of its shareholders into Jayantika Investment & Finance Limited (Formerly Parvati Tea Company Limited), both subsidiary companies w.e.f.
