1. Adoption of the audited Financial Statements of the Company as on 31st March, 2017 together

1. Adoption of the audited Financial Statements of the Company as on 31st March, 2017 together with the Reports of the Board of Directors and the Auditors thereon.
2. Re-appointment of Mr. Lee Chy Cheng Adrian (DIN: 02242495) Director, who retires by rotation.
3. Appointment of Auditors of the Company.
