      Inducto Steel Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 25, 2015, inter alia, to consider the following:1. To approve the draft Directors Report of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2015.2. To fix the closure of Share Transfer books of the Company.3. To appoint the Scrutinizer for e-Voting and fix the cut-off date thereon.4. To fix the day, date, time and venue of the Annual General Meeting of the Company.5. To approve the notice of the Annual General Meeting.Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct” formed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window of the Company shall close for Specified persons from August 18, 2015 and shall remain closed till forty-eight hours after the information becomes generally available.Source : BSE
