It is hereby notified that Board of Indian Oil would consider declaration of 2nd Interim Dividend for the financial year 2016-17 on 23rd March 2017. The intimation is being made in line with the exemption provided by SEBI from the provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 vide letter dated 22.03.2017 (copy attached). It is further notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of IndianOil would remain closed from Thursday, 23rd March 2017 to Tuesday, 28th March 2017 for all connected persons as per Insider Trading code of the Company.
