      Hind Syntex Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on November 10, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Half year ended September 30, 2016 along with Limited Review Report from the Statutory Auditors.Further, pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from November 04, 2016 to November 11, 2016 (both days inclusive) for all the Board Members and designated Employees and their respective Dependent Family Members.Source : BSE
