Gulf Oil Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that the change in name of the Company from GULF OIL CORPORATION LIMITED to GOCL CORPORATION LIMITED has been approved by the Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad vide the fresh Certificate of Incorporation pursuant to change of name, dated October 12, 2015.
