Golden Tobacco: Income Tax Appellate Tribunal quashes Rs 33.1 cr tax demand

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform that the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Mumbai vide its order dated March 7, 2017 quashed the CIT (Appeal), orders in respect of assessment year 1984-85 to 1986-87 to principal demand of Rs.33.14 crores.
