Godavari Drugs Ltd has informed BSE that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company will be held on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.Further, as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct adopted by the Company, the 'Trading Window' for trading in the Company's securities shall remain closed for the Promoters, Directors and Designated Employees of the Company from November 05, 2016 till November 15, 2016 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2016.Source : BSE
