Gemmia Oiltech (India) at its meeting held on February 14, 2014 has approved the resignation of Mr. S. Krishna Kumar from directorship of the company w.e.f. February 14, 2014 and appointment of Mr. V. Arunagiri as additional director on the board of the company pursuant to Section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956.
