Evergreen Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been called on November 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company alongwith the Limited Review Report for the quarter/half year ended September 30, 2016.The "Trading Window" under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 will remain closed with immediate effect for all designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives and shall be opened 48 hours after the information is made public.Source : BSE
