Further to our letter dated 9th September, 2017, due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the Board Meeting fixed for 16th September, 2017 has been postponed to 21st September, 2017 to consider Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and three months ended 30th June, 2017.

Further to our letter dated 9th September, 2017, due to certain unavoidable circumstances, the Board Meeting fixed for 16th September, 2017 has been postponed to 21st September, 2017 to consider Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter and three months ended 30th June, 2017.

Accordingly the trading window will be opened 48 hours after the closure of Board Meeting scheduled to be held on 21st September, 2017.
