This is to inform you that, meeting of the Board of directors of the company which is schedule to be held on Thursday, 15th February, 2018 at 3:30 P.M. at E-195 (A), RIICO Industrial Area, Mansarovar, Jaipur, (Raj.).

Further, meeting was duly convened but due to non availabaility of proper quorum, meeting stands to be adjourned till next week on same day, time and same place i.e. on Thursday, 22th day of February, 2018 at 3:30 P.M. (which shall be the continuation of Orginal Board Meeting).
