This is to inform you that in terms of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 1st August 2017 at Bangalore inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2017.
Further, as per the Company's Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company will remain closed for the Company's Directors/Officers/Designated employees for the 21st July 2017 to 3rd August 2017 (both days inclusive).
