PVR Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2011, inter alia, also consider the proposal for Buy Back of Company's own Equity Shares for a sum not exceeding 10% of its paid-up Equity Share capital and free reserves.Source : BSE
