Aeonian Investments Company has informed that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company was held on April 29, 2013. At the said meeting special resolution was passed to voluntarily windup the Company under section 484 of the Companies Act, 1956 and the Liquidator as appointed.
