Mastek at its meeting held on January 21, 2012 has considered the appointed Mr. Atul Kanagat as an additional director of the Company and decided changing the Financial Year of the Company from July-June to April- March and the current Financial Year to end on March 31, 2013.

Appointed Mr. Atul Kanagat as an Additional Director of the Company.2. Approved modification in the terms of remuneration payable to Mr. Radhakrishnan Sundar, Executive Director with effect from February 01, 2013 till June 30, 2014 and execution of Supplemental Agreement.3.
