    JSW Steel Ltd has informed BSE that "June 12, 2013", has been fixed as the record date (the "Record Date") for the purpose of drawing up the list of shareholders of JSW ISPAT Steel Ltd ("JSWISL") to whom equity shares and 0.01% cumulative redeemable preference shares of the Company will be issued and allotted pursuant to and in terms of the Composite Scheme of Amalgamation and Arrangement amongst JSW Steel Ltd, JSW ISPAT Steel Limited ("JSWISL"), JSW Building Systems Limited, JSW Steel Coated Products Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors (the "Scheme").Source : BSE
