Hind Industries has informed that the Company is in process of preparing the Warrants/ECS details of the members/shareholders towards payment of Dividend declared on September 26, 2013. The At Par Dividend Warrants/ECS Credit and Intimation of ECS Credit will be available to all the entitled members/shareholders on or from October 26, 2013.
