Koutons Retail India made an application to Hon'ble Registrar of Companies seeking extension of time for holding its Annual General Meeting. Under the circumstances the ROC has granted time for 2 months extension for holding Annual General Meeting of the Company.

Koutons Retail India Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has closed its accounting year on March 31, 2013 and the Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held on or before September 30, 2013 as per the requirements of the Companies Act. However the Company made an application to Hon'ble Registrar of Companies seeking extension of time for holding its Annual General Meeting.
