Adore Group to invest Rs 800 crore to develop ultra-luxury housing project in Faridabad

Adore Group has bought this 5.47-acre land parcel from Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) in the year 2023 in an auction.

Delhi-NCR based real estate developer Adore Group has launched an ultra-luxury residential project in Faridabad. The company plans to invest around Rs 800 crore to develop the housing project, the realty firm said.

The project “The Select Premia” will come up at sector 76 in Faridabad and will spread across 5.47 acres of land. The project will offer 190 ultra-luxury 4BHK apartments with servant rooms.

Adore Group has bought this 5.47-acre land parcel from Haryana Shahari Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) in the year 2023 in an auction. The company has cleared all the dues and this is fully paid up land parcel, the firm said.

“Faridabad is growing and the economy here is thriving backed by a surge in IT and the manufacturing industry. The number of family business scion, self-made entrepreneurs and corporate c-suites is increasing. With our new project, we want to give them a unique lifestyle within Faridabad itself,” Jetaish Gupta from, Adore Group said.

Sector 76 is a bustling locality in Faridabad and is dotted with commercial towers, retail projects, business parks, townships, among others. The sector is connected via metro lines and roadways.

Gupta said that post Covid-19 pandemic, people are now willing to pay a premium to own spacious apartments and access curated amenities.

Adore is working on more than 20 projects with a cumulative development area of over 10 million square foot.
