I am not able to sell units available in my portfolio. What should I do?

Firstly, check if you have invested in Tax saving or Speciality funds (retirement/child). These investments come with a lock-in period. This means you can’t sell your investments during the lock-in period. Generally, for ELSS or Tax saving funds, the lock-in period is of 3 years. For Speciality funds, the lock-in period is of 5 years.
