Worst food for weight loss

In the post, Siddharth said, “In this bag is the single worst food you can have on your fitness journey if you want to lose any weight. It (French fries) is like a sponge that will absorb all the oil, and when you eat it, all that oil goes inside you.”

And if you’re still wondering, it is French fries. Yes, they are absolutely delicious and loved by kids and adults alike, but they are quite unhealthy. The celebrity fitness trainer also warned that they are “hyper-palatable” which means that if you have one, you are bound to eat 50.

Just like all fried foods, French fries are loaded with fats and carbs, and destabilise sugar levels. “This food will take you on a blood sugar roller coaster. High fat, high carb, you eat it, and after 10 minutes, you're hungry again, and your blood sugar goes up and then falls down.”

When it comes to enjoying them, most people also forget how many they have eaten. In his caption as well, Siddhartha wrote, “Easy to overeat and hyper-palatable. Hard to stop at just a few. Do you avoid them completely during fat loss or fit them in smartly?”

In the end, Siddhartha advised avoiding them altogether and asked his followers to spread the word of caution. “Stop having French fries. Eradicate them from your life, from your system. Send this reel to somebody who likes French fries because this is not doing them any good at all.”
