Medjool datescontain fibre that supports digestive health. They promote bowel regularity and prevent constipation.
They are also high in antioxidants, which means they help protect your cells from oxidative damage and reduce the risk of chronic diseases such as cancer, heart illnesses, and more.
They are good for heart health, as they help lower bad cholesterol and keep arteries clean.
They contain natural sugars and carbohydrates that provide energy, making them an excellent fuel for the body, especially pre- and post-workout.
