Amitabh Bachchan starts shooting for Kaun Banega Crorepati and writes: 'a non-stop schedule beginning at 9 am and working till 5 pm without the traditional break, lunched in the car'

Amitabh Bachchan begins shoot for KBC's 16th season.

Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan is the 'rooh' (soul) of Kaun Banega Crorepati, and our TV sets will feel incomplete if one doesn't hear that one line, 'deviyon aur sajjano', before the iconic KBC tune plays in our homes daily at 9 pm.

And as you all know, Big B is going to be back on the small screen with the new season of his quiz show. There is another news that Amitabh Bachchan has started shooting for the new season.

The megastar gave an update to his fans and followers via his blog and revealed that it was a very hectic start to the day and that he had to 'lunch in the car.'

He shared a few photos from the sets and also mentioned, "A big ahead of time... ahead of time . !!

A few days ago, the first promo announcing the return of the new season was announced. In the promo that was shared on Sony TV's official handle, one could see Big B's emotional speech from the last episode of KBC 15, and then his voice began again and said, "An end to what you start is inevitable. But, when you are loved by so many people, it is impossible to not return."

The makers had also announced then that the registrations for 'KBC 16' would begin on April 26.

The video was shared with a caption in Hindi, which translates to, "We got so much love that we are returning once again.' KBC's registrations begin on April 26 at 9 pm."

Amitabh Bachchan has been the host of all the seasons except one in 2006, when Shah Rukh Khan took over the reins.

KBC's first season began in 2000, and it is now going to air the 16th season in 2024. Die-hard fans of Big B and Kaun Banega Crorepati can't wait.
