Popular Netflix series Stranger Things Season 5 is all set to premiere this year, and Finn Wolfhard has teased his favourite scene from the upcoming season. He shared that the Stranger Things finale was "one of the greatest" moments in his life.
During a recent interview with Variety, Finn said, “When I walked out from doing the scene, it was just one of the greatest moments in my entire life. I didn’t process at the time because it was just so emotional. There was a lot of Champagne.”
Finn then recalls that everyone around him was sad about the show ending with its fifth and final season but he kept pushing away the thought.
He continued, “I turned around from the monitors, and it was hundreds of people just hanging out for the first time in the same room after 10 years of working. And they were just watching... So if that wasn’t enough of a mind**** there, it was also like, ‘Wait, that means it’s ending.’”
For the unversed, Finn plays the role of Mike Wheeler in the Matt and Ross Duffer’s sci-fi series. He stars alongside castmates Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin and Noah Schnapp.
Stranger Things season 5 premieres with Volume 1 on November 26 at 8 pm ET on Netflix, followed by Volume 2 on December 25. The Stranger Things finale will be released on December 31 on Netflix.
Stranger Things Season 5 will mark the end of the popular sci-fi horror series that first premiered in 2016 and became a global hit.
