Release date of Ram Charan and Kiara Advani's Game Changer postponed

The release of the highly anticipated Telugu film Game Changer, starring Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, has been postponed.

Originally slated for a Christmas 2024 release, the film will now premiere around Sankranthi 2025. Directed by Shankar, Game Changer is expected to generate significant buzz upon its eventual release.

The announcement regarding the change in release date was made on October 12 during Dussehra through a video message shared on the official X handle of Sri Venkateswara Creations, the film's production house.

According to the update, the post-production process is projected to be completed by December 2024, and fans can look forward to the release of three more songs in the upcoming months.

In the video, it was also indicated that the delay of Game Changer may affect the release schedule of another highly anticipated film, Vishwambhara, starring Chiranjeevi. As it stands, the release date for Chiranjeevi's project is still uncertain.

Game Changer is described as a political thriller, featuring an engaging storyline penned by Karthik Subbaraj. In addition to Ram Charan and Kiara Advani, the cast includes Anjali, SJ Suryah, Srikanth, Jayaram, and Naveen Chandra, with Charan taking on the role of an IAS officer, which is expected to showcase his acting prowess.

The film is produced by Sri Venkateswara Creations, with music composed by Thaman, cinematography by Tirru, and editing by Shameer Muhammed.
