Actor Ajith Kumar, who has been pursuing his love of motor racing, recently made headlines for reasons other than the track. The star, who is currently racing in the Asian Le Mans Series endurance race, was clearly unhappy with how fans behaved at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi. A video of the event has since gone viral on social media.

Ajith responds to the chaos at Yas Marina

Ajith is taking part in the four-hour endurance race that is part of the Yas Speed Festival. A lot of fans came up to him during the event and held up their phones to take pictures and videos. In the viral clip, Ajith is shown being closely surrounded by his support team and track officials, who tried to keep the crowd away from him.

The actor clearly didn't like what was going on, so he told the fans in a stern voice, "Please behave." This is not a stage. His reaction quickly sparked conversations online, with many fans agreeing with his call for discipline and respect in a professional sporting environment.

First racing, then fame

Ajith has made a conscious effort to stop acting in the past year so that he can focus on professional motor racing. The actor also told fans to stay calm and not make noise or crowd during earlier championships in Spain.

The Abu Dhabi race also became a star-studded event, with a number of famous people coming to the venue to cheer on Ajith. Musicians Yuvan Shankar Raja and Anirudh Ravichander, actor Sivakarthikeyan, director Venkat Prabhu, and actress Priya Prakash Varrier were all seen at the circuit.

What will Ajith Kumar do next?

Ajith's last movie was Adhik Ravichandran's Good Bad Ugly, which was one of the biggest box office hits in Tamil cinema in 2025. The actor will work with Adhik Ravichandran again on a new project that is set to start filming in February. Still, there has been no official word on Ajith's next movie.

Ajith seems to be completely focused on the racetrack right now, balancing his fame with his love of high-speed endurance racing.
