Parth Samthaan shares a BTS video with ACP Pradyuman aka Shivaji Satam from CID 2 set, writes, "Gem of a guy"

Television actor Parth Samthaan has recently joined the Sony TV show CID 2, replacing the iconic ACP Pradyuman aka Shivaji Satam. The viewers have been left divided by his arrival on the show. However, Parth has recently created a buzz among the fans with a behind-the-scenes video.

He took to his Instagram Story, and Parth shared a video from the parking area. He can be seen shaking hands with Shivaji Satam and smiling as they leave. Alongside the video, the actor wrote, “Shooting with ACP Pradyuman Aka Shivaji Satam was a delight and full of entertainment. Gem of a guy.”

Parth didn’t specify if the bts video was from a future episode or if Shivaji Satam would return to the show. However, Shivaji Satam has recently shared a cryptic Instagram post, leaving his fans speculating about his comeback.

He just shared a photo with his iconic dialogue, “Kuch Toh Gadbad Hai???” The post left his fans excited, with several commenting about his comeback. Meanwhile, Parth received backlash after he joined the show as ACP Ayushman. Fans questioned the makers’ decision to introduce a young character instead of promoting Abhijit or Daya.

For the unversed, ACP Pradyuman was killed by the criminal Barboza, although his death wasn't shown on-screen. The channel, Sony TV, later confirmed his death in a social media post, with the show's official page paying tribute to the character with a ‘Rest in peace’ message.

Meanwhile, the recent episodes revolve around the search for Barbosa, the man responsible for ACP Pradyuman’s murder.
