Kunal Kemmu is all set to captivate the audience with the upcoming chaotic family comedy, Single Papa. Netflix has recently created excitement among the fans with the release of the first poster of the film that captures the madness and magic of a modern Indian household.

The official poster of the upcoming series was shared on the social media handles of Netflix with the caption, “Chhota packet, aur bohot bada dhamaka. Gehlot parivaar ke kalesh mein aapka swagat hai. Watch Single Papa, out 12 December, only on Netflix.”

The series follows Gaurav Gehlot (GG), played by Kunal, a lovable man-child whose emotional maturity is still very much “work in progress.”

Talking about his role, the actor said, “Single Papa shows the messy, colorful chaos that makes a family special… Playing Gaurav made me laugh, cry… I’m excited for everyone to meet my cute baby and join this joyride with my Great Indian Family!”

Gaurav Gehlot's impetuous choice to adopt a baby shortly after his divorce leaves his family so astonished that they momentarily ponder “rebooting him.” What follows is unprecedented kalesh (chaos) as the Gehlots try to grasp how a man who still loses his socks wants to raise a full human being.

Kunal Kemmu plays Gaurav Gehlot, an unexpected father who is determined, deliciously perplexed, and steadily shifting from man-child to man. The series promises a relatable and feel-good family entertainer featuring love, humor, and plenty of drama, desi-style (Indian way).

Created and co-produced by Ishita Moitra and Neeraj Udhwani, with Shashank Khaitan as executive producer, the series is directed by Hitesh Kewalya and Neeraj Udhwani. It is produced by Aditya Pittie and Samar Khan under the Juggernaut Productions label.
