Talking to us about the response he gets for his Bollywood songs verses the response for his singles, he states that things have changed when it comes to independent songs. “Till a few years ago, things were different. Independent music was growing in those days. People would love my original numbers even then, but not many would sing along or dance to them. In my recent India Tour, however, things were different! It was shocking and extremely exciting to see the change. It's just amazing where we are now today. I feel that independent music has completely grown over Bollywood songs and I see massive response on my own songs! These days not just youngsters and people my age, but everybody sings the independent originals and sings these louder than any of my Bollywood songs! So yeah, I'm just so glad to see a shift in people's listening and what they love. And I'm happy that finally they're listening to not just Bollywood but they're listening to independent music more than ever,” says the 29 year old artiste.

He adds, “Of course, being an independent artiste, this is a great win and I'm hoping people listen to more independent music, support independent artists and more pop stars grow out of our country and reach to global level.”

The singer wrote a heartfelt message on his social media after the successful completions of his second India Tour. “As our second unforgettable tour through India concludes, my heart overflows with gratitude and emotion. I wish to extend my deepest thanks to everyone who has become a cherished member of our blue family, along with 50,000+ individuals across all the cities who graced our tour with their presence. Your constant support and shared joy have made this experience truly extraordinary. Each and every one of you played an invaluable part in my journey, making bonds that go beyond distance and time. Together, we have birthed a remarkable family, united by love and music.”
