Ranveer Singh recently shared his reflections on witnessing Deepika Padukone's compelling performance in the futuristic film "Kalki 2898 AD," where her character experiences pregnancy, mirroring her own expectant state.


Together, the couple attended a screening of the movie, capturing the moment in a heartfelt video. Ranveer expressed his awe, describing the experience as surreal, resonating deeply with the on-screen narrative and its real-life parallels. He said, "It's really, like, trippy to see a movie like this where her character is pregnant, and like she's pregnant, and it's like (makes sounds) what's happening."

Meanwhile, Deepika shared her mixed emotions, admitting to feeling overwhelmed by the audience's reactions. She said, "I don't know what to feel. I'm just a bit overwhelmed with the reactions."

In the video snippet, fans were seen praising "Kalki 2898 AD" as "amazing" and "too good," immersing themselves fully in its cinematic universe. One viewer eagerly anticipated its sequel, underscoring the film's impact. Additionally, he praised stars like Prabhas and Kamal Haasan, emphasising their stellar performances. Ranveer reserved special praise for Amitabh Bachchan's portrayal of Ashwatthama, urging fellow fans not to miss out on witnessing his brilliance on screen.
