Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone and filmmaker-choreographer Farah Khan have recently sparked feud rumours after a report claimed that they had unfollowed each other on Instagram.
The rumours sparked after Farah Farah mentioned Deepika's 8-hour workday in her vlog a few days ago. However, Farah has since debunked the speculations, and Deepika has reacted to Farah’s latest comment about their bond.
In a recent interview with Pinkvilla, Farah Khan has denied having a feud with Deepika and clarified that they never followed each other on social media. She explained that they had decided to talk over the phone and through direct messages instead of Instagram during the Happy New Year photo shoot.
The filmmaker also noted that they don’t wish each other on Instagram on birthdays since Deepika does not like it. Farah also clarified her 8-hour work comment and noted that it was not a dit at Deepika.
She explained, “Also, my 8-hour comment wasn’t a dig it was to make Dilip say that he will now also work 8 hours when he actually works just for 2 hours!”
However, Deepika Padukone has reacted to Farah’s remark and dropped a comment in the Instagram post about the interview.
Deepika took to the comment section and simply wrote, “Amen!” along with a folded hand emoji. Farah also dropped several folded hand emojis.

Farah Khan also talked candidly about her relationship with Deepika and Ranveer Singh, stating that she was among the first few people to visit Deepika after the birth of their daughter Dua. She also requested people not to turn everything into a huge controversy.
For the unversed, director Farah Khan launched Deepika Padukone in the 2007 film Om Shanti Om, starring Shah Rukh Khan. The film became a blockbuster success. They have also worked together in Happy New Year.
