Filmmaker Karan Johar has been the host and face of the talk show Koffee With Karan for two decades now. The reality talk show which features celebrities delving into their lives, debuted on television in 2004, completing it 20 years and the director penned a sweet note on social media, reminiscing his journey with the show till now.

Karan took to Instagram and shared a compilation video that featured clips from several episodes over the years along with a note in the caption, "20 years of Koffee, countless ‘conjectures’ and unfiltered vibes! From jaw-dropping revelations to unforgettable moments, it’s been a ride filled with glamour, and all the DRAMA! Thank you for keeping it brewing always. #KoffeeWithKaran."

Fans quickly flooded the comment section asking about the new season and expressing their love for the talk show. One fan wrote, "I don’t care what the world has to say ! This show has been sooooo entertaining!. Another netizen commented, "Can the new season of KWK release already !!!!!!!!" A fan asked about the next season and wrote, "When’s the season coming out?"

The host Karan Johar engages in candid conversations with Bollywood stars, delving into their significant career milestones and personal journeys in the show. Koffee with Karan's first episode aired on November 20, 2004 and the first ever guests to appear on the show were Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol. Till now the show has done eight season, the last of which aired in 2023. All the seasons are available to stream for free on Disney+ Hotstar.

During the eight seasons, several celebrities including Kareena Kapoor, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Salman Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Gauri Khan, Katrina Kaif, Rani Mukerji, Preity Zinta and others graced the show as guests and talked about their life and films.

The latest ones from the younger generation of actors who sat on the Koffee With Karan sofa are Sara Ali Khan, Kartik Aaryan, Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor, Ananya Panday among others.
