Karan Johar plays Spill The Tea round with bride and groom

Filmmaker Karan Johar recently hosted the star-studded pre-wedding festivities of Netra Mantena, the daughter of US-based billionaire pharmaceutical entrepreneur Rama Raju Mantena.

Several videos from the event are going viral on social media. However, Karan brought his talk show, Koffee With Karan, to the wedding.

In a viral video, Karan is seen capturing everyone's attention with his lighthearted "Spill the Tea" session with the bride and groom. He was seen conversing with the guests while sitting onstage with the soon-to-be married couple in a video that the event organiser posted to Instagram.

In the video, Karan said, “Welcome to Spill The Tea With Me. As you know, my name is Karan Johar, and this is your favourite stop for the hottest gossip, the biggest stars, and the juiciest conversations in our film fraternity."

The audience erupted in loud applause and hooting after the host made this statement.

World-famous Dutch DJ Tiesto performed at The Leela Palace on Thursday night to kick off the festivities, accompanied by Manganiyar musicians and traditional Rajasthani dance groups.

On Friday, there was a musical evening at Zenana Mahal. Nearly 600 high-profile guests, including well-known Bollywood celebrities like Hrithik Roshan, Ranbir Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Madhuri Dixit, Kriti Sanon, and Jacqueline Fernandez, are attending the wedding.

Hollywood celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Justin Bieber have also been invited to the main wedding function, with JLo already arrived in Udaipur.

For the unaware, Netra is the daughter of Rama Raju Mantena, a pharmaceutical billionaire based in the United States. However, Vamsi is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of Superorder, a platform that helps restaurants with multiple locations manage daily operations and expedite delivery and takeout services.
