Diljit Dosanjh recently left fans amuzed with a wildly entertaining advertisement for the travel and lifestyle brand, Mokobara. Blending elements of sci-fi absurdity with over-the-top Bollywood action, the ad takes viewers on a comical interplanetary ride. The premise? Diljit receives a bizarre and unexpected galactic invitation from none other than a fictional version of Elon Musk, asking him to perform on Mars.

Fans were thrilled by the chaotic space adventure and Diljit's signature comedic timing when the singer-actor posted the oddball video clip to his Instagram. The advertisement is a delightful blend of charm and eccentricity, in keeping with his style.

The video shows "Elon Musk" calling Diljit and requesting that he perform on the red planet. But Diljit repeatedly turns down the offer, only to be chased by enigmatic thugs. He runs with his Mokobara bags in tow during the hilarious chase scene that follows, avoiding chaos in true masala action fashion. He eventually arrives at a store in Mokobara to return the bag, claiming that it has scratches on it. In a humorous way, he highlights the brand's simple and customer-friendly return policy.

The commercial skilfully highlights the brand's quality and service through space-themed chaos and Diljit's lively personality, turning it from an endorsement into a full-fledged comedic skit that fans will not soon get enough of.

Several fans flooded the comment section with their reactions to the fun collaboration. One fan wrote, "Hahahaahah epic." Another fan commented, "Yeh kalesh kasam say bada interesting hai", while a comment also read, "Only ad we won't skip." Some even called it a scene from a film and wrote, "It was like watching an action movie scene."

The brand formally announced Diljit Dosanjh as its brand ambassador back in October 2024; the publicity surrounding his international "Dil-luminati" tour helped to generate a lot of interest in the partnership. The collaboration was widely praised, which was consistent with Diljit's rising prominence and influence globally.

However, the actor-singer is currently at the centre of a significant controversy and is receiving harsh criticism from Indian fans after the trailer for his next movie, Sardaarji 3, was released. Diljit appears in the trailer with Pakistani actress Hania Aamir and Neeru Bajwa, indicating Hania's significant contribution to the film.

This confirmation stirred outrage, particularly because it contradicted earlier reports that she had been dropped from the film following the tragic April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, which claimed the lives of 26 Indian citizens.
