Delhi Police's social media has always used popular movie scenes and songs to convey strong social messages. And this time too they have used a popular video of Akshaye Khanna from hit movie Dhurandhar to spread awareness.

Delhi Police's social media has always used popular movie scenes and songs to convey strong social messages. And this time too they have used a popular video of Akshaye Khanna from hit movie Dhurandhar to spread awareness.

The Delhi Police has always used viral content to convey their point of view and educate people about the misuse of certain things.

On Wednesday (December 10), the Delhi Police took to their social media handle on X, and dropped two clips from Dhurandhar. The clip that they have used is of Akshaye Khanna's viral dance from Dhurandhar and then at the end talks of avoiding drug addiction.

In the video, Akshaye Khanna's character in Dhurandhar, who is a politician-crime lord Rehman Dakait, enters a venue dancing to the tunes of Bahraini rap song Fa9la by Gulf-based artist Flipperachi. This video clip and entry of Akshaye Khanna has taken the internet by storm and people can't stop raving about it.

The text that Delhi Police attached to this entry scene was, “What you think you look like when high."

Then there was the next clip where Akshaye Khanna is on his knees, on the floor and sweating profusely. Showing that scene, the Delhi Police wrote, "But here’s where you actually end up."

As soon as the video ends Delhi Police wrote a strong message urging youth to say no to drugs. “Do not lose control of your life as drugs only offer an illusion."

Their video was accompanied by the caption: "Drug’s high might feel real, but it’s an illusion. Do not trade your truth for a moment’s delusion."

Netizens also showered praises on the person who wrote this caption for social media and said the person did deserve a raise.

Meanwhile talking about Dhurandhar, the movie starring R Madhavan, Sanjay Dutt, Akshaye Khanna, Sara Arjun, Arjun Rampal and Rakesh Bedi is doing exceptionally well at the box office.

The movie, which released on December 5, is doing great business and has collected a whopping Rs 153 crore India nett and is racing towards Rs 200 crore.

Dhurandhar is directed by Aditya Dhar, who had given the audience another masterpiece in 'Uri: The Surgical Strike'.
