BTS are finally gearing up for the moment fans have been waiting years for — a full-fledged comeback. The seven members — RM, Jin, SUGA, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook — are back in South Korea for now, but reports suggest their return is only temporary. Very soon, they’ll be heading to the United States to film the music video for their brand-new track.
According to industry sources, the group has already locked in the concept and overall look of the album. “BTS will soon be filming a music video for their new song in the US. The visual aspects of the new album, including the concept and vibe, have already been finalized, and recording is currently in progress,” an insider shared.
This project is speciafically important because it marks BTS’ first original release in more than three years, following their 10th-anniversary single Take Two in June 2023. The album is expected to release in March 2026, but the good news is fans may get to see a pre-release single to build the excitement, something the group has often done in the past to build anticipation.
The group recently wrapped up a two-month stay in Los Angeles, where they worked closely with top producers and composers. During a livestream, Jungkook admitted that while recording had not yet started at the time, much of the focus was on shaping and perfecting the songs before they hit the studio.

What has fans even more thrilled is the promise of a new world tour. If all goes to plan, this will be BTS’ first major concert series in nearly four years, following their free Busan show in October 2022 and the conclusion of their PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE concerts in April 2022.
As their reunion comes closer, the excitement around BTS is reaching on another level. Reports suggest that March 2026 could be the beginning of another historic chapter for the band.
