Anushka wrote in her note that she wants to stop scrolling all the time and spend some time reconnecting with the real world outside of the digital world. "Switching blue light to candle light... I'm going to take a break from social media for a while so I can get back in touch with the real world and focus on projects that don't only involve scrolling. I'll be back soon with more stories and love, forever and ever. Keep smiling. She ended with a nice and upbeat "Love, Anushka Shetty."
Fans flooded her with love and support, praising her decision to put herself first. A lot of individuals said her move was refreshing in the avalanche of texts that came after. On September 5, Anushka's most recent movie, Ghaati, which Krish Jagarlamudi wrote and directed, came out. The movie, which also stars Vikram Prabhu, was one of the things she was most looking forward to this year. But Sacnilk.com says that despite all the excitement, it barely grossed Rs 6.64 crore in its first week in India.
Even though Ghaati didn't do well, Anushka's choice to stay off social media shows that she needs to think about herself and focus on her art.
