Indo Euro Indchem Ltd.

The company was incorporated on 11th July 1990 as Private Company with
 the object of setting up a small Scale Unit to manufacture Textile
 Auxilliaries.
 
 The liberalisation of the economy and the dismantiling (to a major
 extent) of industrial licencing requirements of the Government
 induced the promoters to put up a larger project so as to achieve
 economies of scale as well as to compete in the export market.  The
 Company started feasibility studies during the second half of 1991. 
 The site was selected in April 1992.  The Company was converted into
 a Public Limited Company on 22nd April, 1992.  The name of the
 company was also changed to Rinku Polychem Ltd.  The promotes visited
 Japan for the technical tie-up in May 1992.  The company approached
 Central Bank of India, in October 1992 for the project appraisal. 
 After that the Company started applying and obtaining various
 approvals and clearances.

 -Company has changed its name from Rinku Polychem Ltd. to Indo Euro
 Indchem Ltd.
