Indian equity benchmarks closed the first session of the week on a flat note after seeing an extreme volatility. Post the rally on Friday, the market got hurt today due to some profit booking in the first half of trade. However, it managed to recover losses, supported by Bharti Airtel, HUL, Reliance Industries, ITC and Infosys.Dipan Mehta Member BSE and NSE feels that sideways movement may continue for maybe a week or so.
