    Reid & Taylor plans $1bn IPO by early June

    Reid & Taylor, a subsidiary of S Kumars Nationwide (SKNL), is likely to launch its initial public offering in early June with valuation of nearly USD 1 billion, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting sources.

      Reid & Taylor, a subsidiary of S Kumars Nationwide (SKNL), is likely to launch its initial public offering in early June with valuation of nearly USD 1 billion, reports CNBC-TV18 quoting sources.


      Sources also say that the road show for the IPO is going on in Europe and US regions.

      S Kumars holds 75.5% stake in the company and GIC Singapore holds 24.5%.
