SME IPO: Eco Friendly Food Processing to open on Dec 27

The 30.06 lakh equity shares' IPO of Eco Friendly Food Processing Park will open for subscription on December 27. The company that engaged in to agriculture operations will raise Rs 7.515 crore through the issue at price of Rs 25 a share.

The 30.06 lakh equity shares' IPO of Eco Friendly Food Processing Park will open for subscription on December 27.  The company that engaged in to agriculture operations will raise Rs 7.515 crore through the issue at price of Rs 25 a share.


The company cultivates wheat, paddy, sugar cane, fruits, vegetables and flowers. It is also engaged in the operations of wood plantation.


Eco Friendly intends to use issue proceeds for development of farm land for transition to organic farming; construction of storage sheds; solar fencing; and brand building & general corporate purposes.


Equity shares are proposed to be listed on the BSE SME platform. Guiness Merchant Bankers Pvt Ltd is the lead manager to the issue that will close on December 31.
