National Buildings Construction Corporation Limited (NBCC) Ltd is a public sector company engaged in the business of project management consultancy services for civil construction projects ("PMC"), civil infrastructure for power sector and real estate development. NBCC refer to their industry as the Constructions industry.The issue is a part of the divestment programme of Rs 40,000 Crore prepared by the government for FY12. This would be the last issue under divestment programme of FY12.Blessing to Infrastructure Sector from Union Budget 2012-2013:- By the Union Budget 2012-13 Infrastructure sector will get a big boost with Rs 50 lakh crore investment announcement. Government also increased allocation of Rs 25,360 crore towards the National Highways Development Programme, an increase of about 14 % over the previous year and awarding of over 7,000 kilometre of road projects had encouraged to set a target of about 8,800 km for the next fiscal. Government also doubles allocation for tax-free bonds to Rs 60,000 crore for financing infrastructure projects in 2012/13.
