ICICI Bank raises $1 billion overseas bond issue

India’s largest private sector lender ICICI Bank raised USD 1 billion or around Rs 4,492 crore through an international bond issuance of 5.5 years carrying a coupon of 4.75%. It offered an issue price of 99.665% from its Dubai branch, said a release sent by the bank.
