GSFC ends 6% up, HDFC Prudence buys shares worth Rs 17cr

    Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals (GSFC) rallied 6.15 percent amid heavy volumes on Friday after big bulk deal. The stock closed at Rs 70.80 on the National Stock Exchange.


    HDFC Trustee Company A/C HDFC Prudence Fund has bought 24,29,998 equity shares (3 percent equity) at Rs 68.50 a share via bulk deal yesterday that valued at Rs 16.64 crore.


    The stock has touched an intraday high of Rs 72.40 and low of Rs 67.
     
    Trading volumes rose 345 percent to 46,37,267 equity shares as compared to its five day average of 10,42,156 shares.
