Cholamandalam Investment to raise Rs 300 crore via QIP. The price band of the QIP has set at Rs 280-288, report CNBC-TV18. At 10:34 hrs Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company was quoting at Rs 286.55, down Rs 3.10, or 1.07%. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 294.00 and an intraday low of Rs 285.50.

It was trading with volumes of 2,828 shares, compared to its five day average of 217,952 shares, a decrease of -98.70%.

In the previous trading session, the share closed up 1.88% or Rs 5.35 at Rs 289.65.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 299.80 and 52-week low Rs 159.90 on 03 January, 2013 and 06 February, 2012, respectively. Currently, it is trading 4.42% below its 52-week high and 79.21% above its 52-week low.
