In furtherance of our letter dated 14th August, 2017 intimating the outcome of Board Meeting, wherein we have informed as follows;

'Please be informed that Mr. Achyut Ganapati Pai, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has resigned from his office w.e.f. 15/09/2017 vide his letter dated 31/07/2017. His Resignation was discussed in the meeting of the Board of Directors and after due deliberation it was accepted. Mr. Pai will be relieved from his duties from the end of working hours on 15/09/2017. The Company will identify suitable candidate to occupy the position of Chief Financial Officer in due course.'

We may request you to please note that Mr. Achyut Ganapati Pai, Chief Financial Officer of the Company has been relieved from his duties from the end of working hours on 15/09/2017.

The Company is in the process to identify suitable candidate to occupy the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
