Mr. Yashpal Mehta has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1st July, 2017.

Mr. O. P. Banka, who was Director (Finance) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, has stepped down from the position of Chief Financial Officer as at the close of business on 30th June, 2017. However, he will continue as Director (Finance).

Further, Mr. Yashpal Mehta has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 1st July, 2017.Source : BSE
