As Pranab Mukherjee rises to present the union budget in a couple of days from now, most people are expecting it to be wish-fulfilling. No matter what, budget is looked upon as a positive stimulus that can help replace the negative sentiment and cheer up the financial markets reasonably.

Industrialist Adi Godrej is expecting a pro-growth budget. He said that the revenues have increased despite the stimulus and even with the stimulus, the fiscal deficit is lower than the budget target. Moreover, he feels that the lower tax rates are increasing collections.
