Ceeta Industries has informed that Sri Alok Kumar Yaduka vacated the post of Compliance officer of the Company with effect from April 01, 2013. Further, Board of Directors in its meeting held on April 02, 2013 appointed Sri Vikas Kedia as Compliance Officer of the Company.
